style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">高中部高度重视青年教师培养，通过加强青年教师培训打造优质师资队伍。化学教研组的徐琳老师作为青年教师的优秀代表，当选为上一年度的校科研明星，她结合学习和工作经历从四个方面交流了科研的心得。</p><p border-box;">第二，重视思想进阶，让已有成果发挥余热。徐琳老师在研究生期间依托课题研究发表论文，完成了毕业论文，在参加工作后选择了将毕业论文的研究内容进一步深化，申请了烟台市的“十四五”专项课题。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">第三，按照既定目标，有序进行课题研究。课题结题需要丰富的佐证材料，为了充实研究成果，保证课题能够顺利结题，她给自己制定了四个目标：争取在结题前发至少两篇国家级期刊的论文；讲出一到两节符合课题要求的示范课；争取参加各类比赛获奖；第四个，发放调查问卷，进行大数据研究。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: border-box;">第四，要快乐研究，在研究中成长，做一名幸福的科研型教师。徐琳老师之所以能够在学习和工作中坚持进行教育教学的实践研究，是因为她对研究内容的热爱，带着乐趣去做科研，不会厌烦，乐在其中。她的研究内容是跨学科融合，把化学与传统文化相结合，研发了红楼梦中的《美丽化学》特色校本课程，以《红楼梦》里能与高中化学知识相连接的内容作为背景，结合历史文献典籍，从化学史的角度探究化学知识的原理，从而与化学课本上的结论相对应，从不同角度引导学生去分析理解化学知识，渗透了重视核心素养、弘扬传统文化、跨学科教学、立德树人育人等教育理念。</p><p border-box;">第五，坚持对专业前沿理论的研读。她在微信里订阅了很多与专业相关的公众号如《化学教育》、《化学教学》、《中学化学教学参考》，还有微言教育、募格学术、中国专业学位案例中心、上海STEM云中心、匠心客科学实验室、中国科学探索中心等理论研究号，将有前瞻性的重要文章及时收藏并阅读，从中汲取研究灵感，为申请新的课题或撰写论文进行理论储备。</p><p
